Viviana Dal Pont

Born to Italian parents, she was born and raised in the beautiful city of Lucerne (Switzerland). She has always had two passions: languages and people. That is why she has trained and continues to train in these fields. She is an expert in HR management, business management and psychology (transactional analysis). In order to teach and become a teacher, she first studied at ECAP in Switzerland and then at the Goethe Institut. She has been a TELC examiner for all levels for 10 years. She speaks German, Italian, Spanish, English and French, and has lived in the Basque Country since 1999. She is the founder of Grupo Koma, which now has nine academies in Spain and one in Italy with more than 140 employees of 20 different nationalities, as well as the company 2B1 International Consulting. Her role in the company allows and requires her to travel a lot, which she does with joy as it gives her the opportunity to stay in touch with her different roots. During a trip to Berlin with colleagues, the idea for 2B1 International Consulting was born, to help people find new opportunities and integrate into other countries. In her spare time, which is not much, she tries to learn about the world, cultures and gastronomy. Music and a good book also relax her and make her feel good, as does taking care of her family and walking her dog.

Gaizka Ortega

He was born and raised in Respaldiza, a small village of just 300 inhabitants in the heart of the Aiara Valley (Álava, Basque Country). Surrounded by mountains and beautiful landscapes, he developed a great respect for nature and animals from an early age. He studied Advertising and Public Relations and later obtained a teaching qualification for vocational training. His professional career has always revolved around team management and sales, and he has had the opportunity to work in sectors as varied and complex as telecommunications, human resources and industrial quality. He is an amateur musician and enjoys simple pleasures such as a good book or comic, a good album or a run along paths and through forests.

Óscar Elejalde

Financial and Administrative Director at KomaGroup

Chartered economist specialized in international economics and development with experience as CFO in Spanish multinationals' offices in America and Asia. Aspires to anticipate events in the economic and financial spheres, rather than merely interpreting past data. Passionate about travel and learning about other cultures, including through literature and the evolution of visual arts around the world. With a penchant for shared leadership, in scenarios where group members can develop skills such as commitment, ambition and value creation.
