CONTRACTING AND REFUND POLICIES

Komalingua offers Spanish courses adapted to different levels and learning needs.

To ensure the proper organization and operation of Spanish courses, the following general conditions apply:

1. Enrollment and Payments

• Course registration will be effective once the corresponding payment, in full or in part, has been made, according to the terms agreed upon with the academy.
• Courses can be paid for in a single payment (cash, card, or bank transfer) or by direct debit with prior written authorization from the student.
• The opening of new groups will be subject to the availability of teachers, classrooms, and a minimum number of students. If this minimum number is not reached, an alternative or a full refund will be offered.
• Group courses follow the local academic calendar; official holidays are included in the fees and are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• If a student wishes to cancel their participation in a course, they must notify the academy in writing at least 15 days before the start or renewal of the course.
• In the event of a justified cancellation before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded, less any applicable administrative fees.
• Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of force majeure with proper documentation (serious illness, relocation, etc.).
• If the course cannot be held for reasons beyond the student's control (for example, cancellation of the group due to insufficient enrollment), Komalingua will refund 100% of the amount paid or offer an equivalent alternative.

3. Individual Classes and Make-up Sessions

• Private classes are personal and non-transferable.
• To cancel a private class, the student must notify the teacher or the administration at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be considered completed and cannot be made up.
